In Prompt, every document that is part of the review process is tagged with overdue for review when the latest review period expires. You are able to setup the frequency and schedule the review reminders are sent to document owners for your organisation.

ENABLE REVIEW EMAILS
This is where you can enable if document owners will be sent overview for review reminders.
EMAIL REMINDER 1 TO 6
You are able to set the number of days between -180 and 180 days for review notifications to be emailed to the document owners.
  • Negative Values are used to send the notifications before the due date
  • Positive Values are used to send the notifications after the due date
  • Zero is used to send the notification on the due date
  • Blank is used if not notification will be sent
CC EMAILS TO
If required, you can add an additional email recipient that will be CC'd (copied) into the email notifications of your organisation.
DEFAULT REVIEW FREQUENCY
You can set the default review frequency period value for every department. If you change the default review frequency, it will not update existing departments. You will be required to go to manage organisation and edit each department's default notification settings if you change the notification period at this level.
