Set-up Email Token Multi-Factor Authentication for a user

User Permissions required: Prompt Admin, Admin, Super User

As a Prompt user, MFA is enforced to protect your organisation's critical documentation and provide a secure login experience.

  1. MFA Authenticator Application, typically installed on your smartphone, refer to this guide
  2. Email Token

Your Admin / Prompt Admin can enable this option for Prompt users by navigating to:
Admin > Manage Users > User Edit > User Details > Security Information
