How to reset a users MFA setup

Permissions Required: Prompt Admin, User Admin or Admin

To reset a user’s Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), go to the User Edit page and click on the button “Reset MFA Code” found in the “Security Information” section.

This action will logout the user and require them to re-setup their MFA.

Upon saving the user will follow the general workflow for setting up their MFA found in the above sections. If the user still has a code saved in their MFA Application, please advise they remove the account/code for PROMPT before trying to add a new one.
