Prompt Support Updated by Prompt Support

How are search results returned in Prompt?

  1. PRIMARY RESULT When you type in a keyword, for example, 'medication', Prompt will search the document title first. Your document title or naming convention is extremely important to ensure the best search results are returned to enhance the user experience.
  2. SECONDARY RESULT If Prompt is unable to locate an exact match in the document title, the search will then move throughout the body of the document
