- Create a PDF document directly in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to which you attach in the Footer (or anywhere else within the document), any of the known Prompt Footer tags for example, <#doc_num>, <#ver_num>, <#next_review_date> .
- Upload the PDF document to Prompt ensuring you tick the box [Don’t convert to PDF].
- Once published your document will be ready to use as an editable PDF form.
