How to Copy a Document Link

Did you know that you can share individual documents within your organisation and to external users? These steps will provide you with the instructions to copy links to documents and share them either internally or, externally.

  1. Select the search tab to locate the document you would like to copy the link for
  1. Select the Information button
  1. In the Document Information window, click Copy URL
  2. Once you have copied the document URL, place your cursor to where you would like the document to be pasted and select CTRL + V or, right-click your mouse and choose paste.

Clicking Copy Link allows you to copy and paste the title of the document with the URL embedded within it into a document editor like Word.
