Overview
This article explains what happens to your Prompt documents when In-Drafting is turned off for your organisation.
Admin > Manage Organisation > Drafting Process > Enable Drafting
Documents that have not reached version 1:
- If a document is currently in the Draft or Review stage.
- And Drafting for your organisation is turned off by a Prompt Administrator.
- The document will be deleted completely and it cannot be re-enabled.
Documents that are version 1 or greater:
- If a document is currently in the Draft or Review stage.
- And Drafting for your organisation is turned off by a Prompt Administrator.
- The outcome will depend on if you have DA submissions on or off for your org.
Admin > Manage Organisation > Submission Process > Enable DA Submissions
Scenario A: Enable DA Submissions is Off
- The document will have a Submit button and it will be found in the Check Out tab.
Scenario B: Enable DA Submissions is On
- The document will have a Check-In button and it will be found in the Check Out tab.
