Which document types are supported in PROMPT?

PROMPT allows you to upload any type of document and complete the review process. However, only Word documents (.docx, .doc) and PDFs (.pdf) will convert Footer Tags.
Drafting Process
Not all document formats are supported in document drafting.
Supported file formats for drafting:
- Word (.doc, .docx)
- Excel (.xls, .xlsx)
- PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx)
All other file formats may still be uploaded directly into the system, but will bypass the drafting process.

If you uploaded a Word document in the .doc format and the formatting does not appear as expected, convert the file to .docx and reupload it.
