What training and support is available for the implementation of PROMPT?

Implementation

Once you have decided to implement PROMPT, your primary administrator will participate in administrator training. This is to learn how the system works including setup of the organisation and document hierarchy, creating users and permissions plus loading and management of documents.

After this training, your organisation should spend some time deciding how to build your structure, working with the PROMPT Product Manager and Training and Implementation Specialist for advice, queries and general assistance. This also includes access to a test website for planning and trials. Upon request, we create the organisation within PROMPT and you can configure all required functionality in the live system.

Training

Free training is available to all administrators and general users on an ongoing basis. To book a training session:

  1. Go to help.support.org.au and choose log a ticket in the top, right-hand corner.
  1. Select new and 'I have a training request', 'book a training request' and complete the required fields as outlined below.

  1. You will nominate your training requirements as well as the target audience and be directed to an online calendar to book a session for a date and time that suits your schedule.
