Resetting MFA

Reset Button

To reset a user’s MFA, go to the User Edit page and click on the button “Reset MFA Code” found in the “Security Information” section


This action will logout the user and require them to re-setup their MFA.

Upon saving the user will follow the general workflow for setting up their MFA found in the above sections. If the user still has a code saved in their MFA Application, please advise they remove the code for PROMPT before trying to add a new one.
