How to create editable PDF forms
In order to take advantage of this solution, you will require access to Adobe Acrobat DC (the Pro version not just the Reader).
Note: Your users will require access only to the application they are currently using to read PDF documents.
Create a PDF document directly in Abobe Acrobat DC Pro to which you attach in the Footer (or anywhere else within the document), any of the known Prompt Footer tags for example, <#doc_num>, <#ver_num>, <#next_review_date> .
Upload the PDF document to Prompt ensuring you tick the box [Don’t convert to PDF].
Once published your document will be ready to use as an editable PDF form.
